Help and answers

Frequently asked questions

Learn how Prayer Tracker and Church Suite work, from your first setup through joining, billing, privacy, and support.

What is Prayer Tracker?

Prayer Tracker gives individuals and groups a thoughtful place to remember who and what they are praying for, record updates, return faithfully, and remember what the Lord has done through answered prayer.

What is Church Suite, and who is it for?

Church Suite is Prayer Tracker’s management platform for churches. Owners and authorized ministry leaders can organize church-owned prayer groups, receive and review public prayer submissions, route approved requests to the right groups, manage people and roles, configure a branded church page and prayer form, view reports, export church data, and manage the Church Plan.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

Your 30-day free trial begins after you complete secure billing setup. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged for the subscription—no questions asked. If you do not cancel, your selected monthly or annual plan renews automatically when the trial ends. Applicable taxes may still be shown at checkout.

Can I cancel before the trial ends?

Yes. Open Billing in Church Suite and choose Manage billing to cancel before the trial ends. Your renewal will be stopped and you will not be charged for the subscription.

What can my church configure before activating billing?

You can build out your church before starting the trial so the 30 days are useful from day one. Set your church name and custom URL, add branding, prepare group names, and configure church settings. Billing must be active before you invite people or share the public join link.

When can we begin inviting people to our church?

As soon as billing is set up and your trial is active. Church Suite clearly keeps invitations and the public join link unavailable until then.

How do congregation members join?

Members can scan the church’s Prayer Tracker QR code or open the custom join link found on the Church Suite dashboard. The link opens the correct church in Prayer Tracker so the person can sign in or create an account and continue the joining process.

Who can see prayer requests and sensitive information?

Only authorized church owners and administrators can see incoming public submissions so they can review, redact, and route them. In the authenticated Church admin portal, owners and administrators can manage active prayers across all Church groups; coordinators can manage active prayers only for the groups specifically assigned to them for portal coordination. In the mobile app, every role — including owners, administrators, and coordinators — must be an actual member of a group to see that group’s prayer content. Personal prayers and journals remain separate from Church Suite.

What are the group limits for each plan?

Every paid Church Plan includes unlimited people and a plan-specific number of active groups. See the current plans, group limits, and pricing for the complete comparison.

Can we change or cancel our plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time, with a prorated charge when applicable. A downgrade is scheduled for the next billing cycle and does not produce a refund or credit for the current period. Cancellation stops renewal, while access continues through the current trial or paid-through date shown in Billing.

Does Church Suite replace our church-management system?

No. Church Suite is the management platform for your church’s Prayer Tracker ministry. It is focused on prayer requests, prayer groups, joining, care workflows, and related reporting—not attendance, giving, worship planning, or the other broad functions of a full church-management system.

Which devices and platforms are supported?

The Prayer Tracker mobile app is available for iPhone, iPad, and Android. Personal Premium also includes a web app. Church Suite runs in a modern web browser, making it available from desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone. Download Prayer Tracker from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

What happens to our church’s access after cancellation?

Canceling stops the next renewal; it does not immediately delete your church or its content. Your church keeps access through the current trial or paid billing period. Once that access period and any applicable grace period end, Church Suite moves to read-only access: existing information remains available, while invitations, new groups, and most changes are disabled. Billing can be reactivated through the options shown in Church Suite. Deleting the entire church is a separate, recoverable process.

How do I get support or request account deletion?

Visit Prayer Tracker Support for product, account, and billing help. See Account and Church Deletion for instructions or to submit a deletion request.
