Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Prayer Tracker mobile application and related services. By using Prayer Tracker, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the App
Prayer Tracker is provided for personal, non-commercial use to help you organize prayer requests, journal entries, reminders, answered prayers, and optional shared prayer groups.
Accounts
You may need to create an account to use certain features, including syncing data across devices and participating in shared groups. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity that occurs under your account.
If you use shared groups, Prayer Tracker may require your first and last name so other members can identify who is participating in the group. You are responsible for providing accurate account information.
If you use email/password sign-in, you are responsible for maintaining a valid email address so you can receive password reset or account recovery communications when needed.
Shared Groups
If you create or join a shared group, the content you choose to share, including your first and last name, shared prayer requests, and shared prayer updates, may be visible to other members of that group. You are responsible for the content you choose to share.
Subscriptions
Prayer Tracker offers optional premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions made available through Apple or Google.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
- If you restore purchases, access to eligible premium features may be restored on the same platform account.
For iOS, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies and is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Prayer Tracker, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Availability
Prayer Tracker may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features may vary by platform, device, subscription status, or region.
Disclaimer
Prayer Tracker is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that all data will always be available or recoverable.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prayer Tracker and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, use, goodwill, or profits arising from your use of the app.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Prayer Tracker if necessary to protect the app, comply with law, or respond to misuse. You may stop using the app at any time.
You may also delete your account from within the app. Account deletion permanently removes synced Prayer Tracker account data, but does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Updates will be reflected by posting the revised Terms with a new effective date.
Privacy
Your use of Prayer Tracker is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
