Prayer Tracker respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information Prayer Tracker handles, how that information is used, and the choices available to you when you use the Prayer Tracker mobile application.

Information You Provide

Prayer Tracker allows you to create and store information you choose to enter, including:

• Account information such as your email address, first name, and last name
• Prayer requests
• Prayer details and updates
• Journal entries, including typed and handwritten entries
• Records of answered prayers
• Prayer categories and category color preferences
• Group names, invite participation details, member names, and shared prayer content when you use shared groups

How Information Is Used

Information in Prayer Tracker is used only to provide and support the app’s features, including:

• Creating and organizing prayer requests
• Recording prayer activity and reminders
• Keeping a history of answered prayers
• Syncing your personal data across devices when you sign in
• Identifying you to other members when you participate in shared groups
• Enabling shared group features when you create or join a group
• Helping you recover access to your account, including password reset emails for email/password accounts
• Supporting subscription-based premium features

Data Storage

Prayer Tracker stores data locally on your device and, when you sign in, in cloud services used to synchronize and support the app.

• Firebase Authentication is used to sign you in.
• Firebase Authentication may also be used to send password reset and account recovery emails for email/password sign-in.
• Google Cloud Firestore is used to store your account data, shared groups, shared prayer requests, and related app information.
• Local device storage may be used for app preferences and temporary app state.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Prayer Tracker offers premium features through Apple’s and Google’s in-app purchase systems. Subscription purchase processing, billing, renewal, and restoration are handled by Apple or Google, depending on your platform. Prayer Tracker does not receive your full payment card information.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, Prayer Tracker may request notification permission and schedule local notifications on your device. Notification content is used only to support the reminder features you enable.

Data Collection

Prayer Tracker does not use your information for advertising or marketing.

• Prayer Tracker does not use third-party advertising networks.
• Prayer Tracker does not track you across apps or websites for advertising purposes.
• Prayer Tracker does not sell your personal information.

Third-Party Services

Prayer Tracker may rely on the following third-party or platform services:

• Apple App Store / Google Play for subscriptions and purchase restoration
• Firebase Authentication for sign-in
• Google Cloud Firestore for account data and shared group functionality
• Apple iOS / Google Android notification services for local reminders

Use of those services is governed by the applicable provider’s terms and privacy policies.

Data Sharing

Prayer Tracker does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing.

If you use shared groups, the information you choose to share in those groups, including your first and last name, shared prayer requests, and shared prayer updates, will be visible to other members of that group.

Children’s Privacy

Prayer Tracker is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data Security

Prayer Tracker relies on the security protections provided by Apple, Google, Firebase, and the operating systems and services used by the app. While reasonable measures are used to protect information, no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Choices

You can control your use of optional features, including:

• Whether to create an account and sync data
• Whether to use shared groups
• Whether to enable notifications
• Whether to subscribe to premium features
• Whether to delete your account and synced data from within the app

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be reflected by posting the revised policy with a new effective date.
